    & does it matter how many k's? Because mine that I have in there right now are 15k.
    EDIT: They also have 20k's which one should I get?

    Can you post a picture of where the fixture will be going?(with dimensions)

    Really if you want the best lighting for Metal Halide you won't find it in a fixture.
    You'll get the convenience of not having to build one and if it's exposed they look nice.. but If you want the best and the best for the money I would build my own with some high end reflectors like Lumenbrights, a good ballast and some VHO and/or T5 supplementals. Not everyone has the room for them but I would look into it.
    The reflectors in the fixtures are the biggest weak point. You can replace ballast and bulbs but the reflector is about the biggest deal in the system and you can't replace that.

    That's a personal preference.
    Do you plan on expanding into SPS corals?
    10k, 15k, 20k it depends on the color you like. If you like really blue go for the 20k . . 10 is more white and a hint of yellow but has the best growth.
    When I had 20k XM my growth for SPS came to a stand still but some low light corals like them.

    This is the fixture I have, I was told that it comes with $10-15 bulbs. That's why I want to replace the bulbs.
