MH fixture 30"???

    k well the metal halide fixture on the right he says is a
    The MH is a 250 watt "Current" free-standing light. It is about 6 months old (as is the bulb).
    and its for $125 would that be a good deal?
    would it be better than a 4bulb t5 current nova extreme fixture??
    and would i be able to keep a anemone under it? its 30" my tanks 36"x20"x18"
    would i be able to keep mostly anything with that lighting?

    would it be better than a 36" 4bulb current nova extreme ?

    Considering it's probably a $400 light, I'd say get it - and hang it over the tank.
    If anything, you could probably resell it for more later if you change your mind or find a great price on a used 36" T5 setup.
