After a week, I have not seen my six line wrase. One day he was fine, then the next he was missing. Has anyone experience this? Of so, what was the cause?

I had the same issue with a 6 line a while back - thought it may have jumped but never found it! I'm sure the clean-up crew got it but what caused it I still don't know!

I have checked behind tank and even under rocks while cleaning. If cuc got him, then I never saw any remains.

Mine went missing for a few days. I just thought he was hangin in the rocks. Till I got the flashlight out and really started to look, and then found him in the overflow.
Don't know how he got there, but he was there. Got him out and has been fine since.
