Microbubble nightmare

    I have microbubbles coming fron the wet/dry drainig to the refugium then back to the tank. What is the best way tio illiminate these bubbles? Here is a pic of it all.

    It's hard to see from that picture, but I had a similar problem with bubbles being created from the water entering my sump from the main tank and also from the output of my skimmer. I purchased some 2 dollar panty hose and wrapped them around the ends of the hoses and it pretty much solved the problem. I do however have to clean them out once in while though so nitrates don't build up. Another option might be to purchase a filter sock I hear they work as well, but they are more expensive then panty hose.

    I have heard of a few people use panty hose I will have to steal a pair of the wife's hose and give it a try those bubbles really annoy me. Thanks

    The nightmare is over I took the pump apart there was some stuff stuck in the impeler causing the bubbles.
