So, since the inception of my new skimmer, I have a flurry of microbubbles. The skimmer is in chamber one. Right now chamber two is a mixture of bioballs and lr rubble (in the process of making a mini fuge). Chamber three has a Rio return pump and the filter floss type pad that came with the tank. Oh, and I also put a media bag, not sure of the micron size, at the overflow of chamber one into chamber two. Any ideas as to what else I can do to get rid of these bubbles?

No, it's the aquatic life internal mini skimmer. The level on the left side is above the max line. I had to raise the level in order for the intake on the skimmer to get water. If I lower the level to in between the max and min, then the skimmer won't work.
