I have ordered this entire set. From vivid aquariums. I really like that site and the quality and customer service of my last order were top notch. So I am a repeat customer now for these folks.

    Hurray coral!

I'm running T5's and my tank is pretty much an LPS tank with some softies and misc. The birdsnest will be my first SPS in this tank. So it's going up on the highest rock I have putting it about 6" from the surface.

I'll see how that does. Birdsnest has always been the coral I picture when I think "coral" - ever since i was a little wee Peredhil. So I'm excited to watch it grow out into a nest looking thing. I hope it does well. It's a rather high flow area too.

I would +K myself for good luck, but apparently that dubious practice isn't allowed ::):p

I will get a pic on this later, but in a nutshell, it's receding and I can see more skeleton today than when I put this in my tank on Friday.

Is this normal in the first few days and if not, what can I do?

(might move to a new thread, see how this one goes ;)).

(Rest of my new corals are opening and looking very pretty)
