I finally set up a DIY ATO on my system today. I lose about 1 gallon per/day, so I set up a 2.5 gallon bucket in the stand with a regulated airline siphoning water into the sump. After a few days of tweaking the flow rate I should have more stable water.

I also took the Coralife 125 off the system so I can run just the little cheapy for a little while. I never really got to see what it can do without a much bigger skimmer running next to it. Curiosity got the best of me.

This is the skimmer I'm running right now:

$30!!! If it works I'll post some more info. This could be a good option for nano reefers on the cheap if it works.

I promise I'll get the promised pictures of the flasher wrasse up later today.

It is near impossible to get them flashing. Mine was begging for food the whole time I was taking pictures, so I had no chance.

It was sold as a Mccosker's, but who really knows.

Great pictures as usual Mike! +k for them.

Whats your secret on keeping your duncan heads green, mine fade into a reddish brown with all lights on, but with act's they are an amazing green and purple!?!

No kidding, they have awesome color.

    Thank you.

I run a 20k halide and a 50/50 PC bulb that throws most of it's light on the fuge behind the tank.
