    well my emerald crab kicked the bucket today for some unknown reason...the tank might have been too new for him.

    Fuge Light

    Heres my newly made Fuge Light. I used a gang box, 75 watt compact florescent, Some glue, inch and 3/8 spade bit, and a smal piece of plexi glass. I decided to change it because my Chaeto didnt look to good under the Xmas Light LED's

    very nice. cant wait to see it with more corals. i like the candy cane coral too. im gonna have to get one of those.

    Here is what my biocube is stating to look like...sorry the picture doesnt really do it justice. I took it form my phone but ill post another as soon as i fix my camera. Ill be upgrading the light in a month to Ecoxotics LED strip light very soon (when tax returns come;D)

    Looks good. Isnt that CFL going to melt the plastic on your DIY bulb box? I use CFL's for my lizard tank and a DIY setup on my cichlid tank and the original enclosure like yours melted down using 6500K GE CFL's

    Its doing really well so far....I also drilled holes on the top and bottom of it so it does slightly help with heat reduction...but so far its fine
