mimic tang and purple tang in 120 gallon?

    hi all, i have a mimic tang in a 72 bow and im upgrading to a 120 cube soon, have any of you had experance with the pair, ive had the mimic for 6 months with a mated pair of clowns.

    While I have not had either tang. 2 tangs like that ina 120 would be totally fine.

    I suggest putting in the purple tang last, as those can be mean.

    i would say not to get a cube tank. get a long tank. tangs need space to swim so they would be happier in a 120 long. but hey, if you're really set on a cube, it would still be better than the 72 gallon. they should get along just fine.

    yeah you could get like a 125 or 135, which are 72" long and 18" wide, and they differ in height....but i had 5 tangs in my 150 (which is the same as a 35 just 2" taller) lol! for over a year and i upgraded to a 215...and added more....it can def. be done!

    yes i would love a 6' long 125 but i only have 4' for a tank.
