That's why I was thinking about a mini anemone. I will check out the corals and take some pics, upload them through e-mail and then link them here for best suggestions during my office hours.

Hairy mushrooms or rics are good softies to keep and usually very hardy. My Clarkii loves my big green mushroom and will occasionally be found floundering in the florida rics. He doesn't even go near my frogspawn or the hammer.;)

Thinking about a condy anemone. Opinions? They seem to stay somewhat small

Some quick research on the condy suggests not so good. What about a sebae?

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
I would stay away from the Sebae, especially considering your lighting. They do not acclimate well and are not an easy anemone even for people with experience with anemones. If you are going the anemone route my vote goes for a BTA, in an established tank. My current pair of clowns have never accepted a host in 3 years, only now do they give my Duncan a second look.
I still think your best bet is mushrooms or euphyllias.

Yeah, I understand that. The LFS had a BTA that looked pretty nice. I'll look again at the mushrooms, but they seemed a bit lack luster
