    If you have good reflectors, they will work fine for most animals. What kind of animals are you keeping?

    as of now a 15lbs live rock 1lb live rock covered in mushroom corals,1 skunk shrimp and 2 zebra hermits

    Definitely will work for what you have. Shrimps and fish could care less about light. What do you wish to have in the future? This will determine how long you can use this solution.

    i like to put a oc clownfish and a anemone is possible

    You will need more light for the anemone.
