    Just make sure both pipes are the same exact length, look at the pictures above and there is a pretty simple layout.

    Its super easy, the only hard part I ran into was removing the sponge holder in chamber 3. Its part of the back wall so I needed to cut it.

    I never removed the sponge holder in my tank with the overflow.

    Overflow was 14 total, the entire build with pump, tank, Fuge media, hose, acrylic, LED light, glue, paint and adapters I'd say around 175

    I removed half of mine to act like a support for the PVC. I'm sure they will both get the job done.

    Did you ever make a "break" in your plumbing? Basically allowing you to remove the overflow if need be.

    A break in plumbing? Not exactly sure what you mean. To remove it I just pick it up
