Minimum tank sizes and selection of animals.

got to admit i have caught myself correcting the guys at a place i shall not name but i go to for buying my salt mix. they will say oo the rule is a inch per gallon on fish. and i have probably ruined quite a fews sells for them buy saying that may work for FW (ik not really but still) but on saltwater you should really do your research before jumping in, yes i had a person at this place i shall not name they were saying a 50 gallon tank was just fine for a yellow tang i couldn't hold my mouth on this one and said nooooo even if you did the gallon per inch you would need an 80 but you cant forget that a tang needs room to swim and enjoy its self i went on a long rant about doing research and such like that needless to say the person said well ill think about the fish and walked away all i got was a dirty look and all i said was sorry i love animals to much for you to give false info to someone that might end up killing the the fish friend.

It's human nature to rebuff others that give you the straight up. People want what they want most times regardless of the impact on the tank inhabitant.

i just cant stand it when people use outdated info im sure many people will agree i have been in this hobby a year and still learning things idc how long youve been in the hobby your still going to learn somthing new about its just the nature of this hobby.
