In response to a few of P.M.'s I received yesterday. I went camping and had a blast. Opening day for fishing (on the lakes only) was this weekend. So, to avoid the crowds we went to the river. We were hassled all weekend by the state cops warning us not to fish, ride quads and, park in certain areas(have fun). It sure is nice to have access to 3REEF! from my phone.
The river doesn't open for another month. There are alot of Brown Trout in the Deschutes river.

And, yes that is me with my 3reef shirt after a few beers. Looks like the photographer had a few too. Good thing I wasn't paying for this pic. .

I dont have anything against cops, some of my friends are cops, but they're always there to mess up a good time.:-/

Just seemed like they were a little pissed they were patrolling the river and not the lakes. Don't usually have any problems with them here in Oregon. They were being overly bored.:policeman

    BEAUTIFUL RIVER! 8)

Living in an urban area, I often forget those places still exist.

Looks like that 3reef shirt is going places! ;D

Looks like a great place for camping, fishing, and drinking...not in order of importance of course.
