    Very nice little tank you have going on there!
    Do you feel those LED's would have the right spectrum for macro algae or would I need to DIY in some reds?

    UGH! I have the worst track record with royal grammas. My royal gramma died... I think that is the last royal gramma I will be buying.

    Weird because I have heard that they do fall victim to some unknown pathogen commonly after purchase. Everyone I ever had I had long term so I was how true is this, but I see it all the time.

    They are extremely difficult to keep in numbers in the home aquarium because ony 1 out of 5 lives past a couple months, the rest die. Looked into breeding them once since they are one of my top favorite fish.

    What fish next????

    All 3 of mine have gotten ick and died shortly after. I don't think I am going to get another royal gramma ever. I think I am going with just the 6line for now. I would like a pair of firefish but they would need jump proofing and I don't like the idea of blocking light with eggcrate.
