I have a 55g reef tank and have had a Blue Manderin in it for about 5 months now, he eats well frozen & live, and has lots of pods to feed on, as there is a lot of live rock in the tank. I know that you shouldnt put 2 males in the same tank as they will fight, but does this apply to mixing a green and a blue? and does this apply to adding a scooter blenny as well?

it is unlikely a 55 could support more than one mandarin/scooter due to availability of pods and the ferocious appetites of these fish.

it's more a food issue than a compatibility issue as most will not accept prepared foods and even those that do, still primarily eat pods.

    i would advise against it.

I would advise against it as well because the likelihood of a single mandarin getting enough pods and stuff to eat in a 55g is not very good.

I would say a scooter blenny fits the same problems.

I have a green mandarin in a 29g who is feeding very well on pellet food as well as cyclop-eeze. He still eats a lot of pods throughout the day....

Two in a tank that size isn't advisable.
