Just got my RODI and about to start making my own water. I'm going to use my brute 20g for storage (for now, may do station later) and will transfer into 5G home depot buckets to mix/settle.

I read some do the same, I'm sure you don't pour the bucket in the tank tho lol. Splish Splash! I guess I could siphon into a Jug to poor but looking for ideas.

After many years of breaking my back I now have a small cube in my cabinet for mixing the salt. With a small pump I then pump it back into the sump, obviously I siphon out the same amount from the display before I pump in the new.

I've probably done it most all the ways possible.

Now I First I get my RO/DI in a 32g plastic trash can with wheels, mix the salt, drop a pump in to mix, and a heater sometimes,
I've now evolved to siphoning/detritus out of my basement sump to the floor drain in my basement., and using the pump to pump
the new SW into the sump. No lifting any more buckets, etc.

After siphoning it out I would put the new amount back in through the sump.

Do you have a wheeled dolly for your brute? You can roll it right to your tank. It is awesome. It fits all sizes of Brutes and it is very sturdy. No buckets!
