OKay so I live on the beach in Florida so i sometimes go out and catch fish to put in my tank. Well today I caught a couple ocean surgeonfish and a VERY extremely small 'slippery d1ck wrasse' (yes, funny name). I mean its like no longer than your pinkie nail (i dont really like catching the big ones, they get pretty annoying). I also saw some tiny bluehead wrasse too but they were much more of a challenge and I couldn't catch any. I am treating the surgeons and wrasse for parasites in my QT right now. But in my main tank i have a six-lined wrasse... will I be able to mix the slippery **** wrasse with the sixlined wrasse or will they fight?
    Thanks

The sixline will most likely harass it severely especially if it is larger than the new fish.

Is that wrasse in the marine dictionary? Sounds like something off the Chappell show.

Hard to say. I do know that Six Line Wrasses can be very territorial and boisterous.

How long has your Wrasse been in your main tank?

I also don't know much about the Slippery **** Wrasse, actually, I don't think I have ever heard of it...

yes, the sixlined wrasse is at least 5 times its size.. but slippery wrasse are not the kind of fish that get picked on...ever! Not by the meanest damsel! you would know what I mean if you ever see them in the wild.

scientific name is 'halichores bivittatus', right?

haha done that a billion times xD all i get is them slippery wrasse and cocoa damsels though. I'm looking for the harder to catch stuff and rarer stuff, like butterfly fish and bluehead wrasse and all that. Got any tips for those?

wait.. how do you know i caught him at the jetties?? probably by the look of the rocks in the pic, right? only jetties rocks look like that, eh
