Looks great! I sure liked the big gorgonian up front though, it's a nice piece. I like where the plate and clam are now at.

Thx Corailline, I also liked the Gorgo up front in the center. But the bummer was that it was so big it was creating too much shade for any corals I wanted to put on the sandbed in the middle area. Moving it to the left side has really kept the light nice and strong all around the center for more corals :).

Here's another pic, I'm going to get arrested by the Tang Police but I swapped my Purple for a smaller Powder Blue, I just had to have one it's one of my dream fish, I absolutely know how tough they are + tank requirements (upgrade in the future if all goes well) I just hadddd to have ittttt, never saw one this small in my LFS before

That makes sense, they grow and shade.

The tang looks tiny in there. I am sure the tang will be a happy fish for a while in that tank.

    Do your Cardinals ever breed?

Yeah it's the smallest Powder I've seen at my LFS usually they only get 4" or larger and when I saw it I just couldn't resist. I am closely monitoring it and making sure to feed it a good variety of foods. I had them hold it for a week to make sure it was eating. So far, so good :).

Yes, my Cardinals are constantly breeding, poor male holds eggs probably once a month or more. It's a bummer I don't have another tank to raise the fry, it would be interesting but I"m sure a little involved.

Took a small vid & new pics yesterday wanted to share.

    - My Emerald Crab has taken to scaling my Gorgonian and I believe he is eating it from the ground up, not sure, see pics.

    - Powder Blue Tang initially was getting a bit skinny so I put him on a frequent alternating regimen of mysis/seaweed/veggie flakes. He's doing much better as you can see from the vid, very happy.

    - Finally got a nice pic of my Mandarin all flared up, have been lucky enough to have him for over a year. Eating frozen from the start.

    - Added a Striped Blenny recently, very cool and colorful little fish, almost looks like a freshwater snakehead pattern.

    - My ALK/CA/MG levels were recently out of whack and I seem to have gotten them under control.

That's all for now, thanks for looking :)
