MoJoe's 70g CUBE Build! (NEW PIC 6/19/15)

My LFS has the 70 cube in stock. I've been eyeing it for a while. I think its a really sexy tank, and there are so many possibilities with it.

I see your running the danner 9.5 return, my question is does that match the exact flow rate for the 70 cube? I cant find any information on the rate of the overflow. Help would be much appreciated! Thanks.

 

here are some new 2013 pics of my Cube! Tank is doing great, I have re-aquascaped a little. I upgraded my skimmer to the SWC Cone 160, wow, it's sooooo quiet I LOVE it! Fragged a nice free piece of Sinularia from work that's recouping in the bottom left, it's a bit drab at the moment but should recover nicely. Also got some frags of SPS I'm experimenting with.

Andddd my hairy mushrooms are growing out of control, I gotta pull some out they're everywhere!

@jsreef Yes, my Mag 9.5 works perfectly with my overflow/sump for a great return combo. I did put a valve on the return and dialed in a nice flowrate that is very quiet as well. I have the valve open to about the 2'o clock position so the pump is putting out maybe 80% flow.
