Hard to tell if the bulbs are VHO or PC with that description so you might want to ask when you pick it up so you know what kind of corals you can keep once your tank is ready for them, assuming you want to do a reef tank? It's a great deal for $80 regardless of what the bulbs are though :)

I still dont get the marine/reef tank? Here is what I want in my tank; fish: yel tang, goby, Ocellaris Clown more than one, maby a Mandarin, and any other fish that I may stumble on. Inver: tube worm, urchin, maby anenmone, Branded Coral shrimp white. snails, Scarlet Reef hermit, Sand sifting sea star (possibly brittle star) Coral: I really like Taro Tree and Green Apple Montipora Capricornis, Brain coral, Fiji Yellow Leather Button Polyp. These are just things that I like/seen in other tanks. I am not saying I want nor will have all of these exp. in one tank!

do you think that 1$ for 20 lbs of live sand is a good deal, and premium figi live rock $3.50/lb
this is local and from a trusted seller no shipping. Comments please!

The kind of tank you're describing is a reef tank because you're replicating a coral reef. Any saltwater tank can be considered "marine" but one with corals and anemones is considered a "reef."

As for your live sand/live rock question, yes it's a great price but I prefer to use dead base rock and seed it with live sand from a trusted source. I've had too much bad luck with bad hitchikers that come in on live rock and live sand so I simply don't use it anymore.
