are the edges of the montis white? If so then monti eating nudis they like to hang out under the coral. That is what my guess would be since everything else is doing well

it's hard to really tell. I mean, the RTN always started at the base... but it wasn't around the entire base (or entire edges).

Also, my monti caps don't seem to be effected by it.

Ya, day after that picture of the setosa (first pic) was taken, I moved it to the bottom of the tank, which is really where it started.

    Using Logols (spelling?) iodine

hmmm not sure, one thing i have some success is if you get a spot start dying like that use superglue and glue over the good tissue around where the dead spot is. Sometimes this halts the progress and sometimes not

When you dose with kalk you are dosing alk and cal at the same time. I would check your mag as soon as you can, if you mag is where it should be, I would just look for bug at DT “night”.

When another one of my corals touch each other, often that area will have a spot of degradation, and weeks later it comes back though.

But that's not the problem, coral warfare, right?

Good luck, like Greg said maybe a coral pest.

In fact, a fellow/local reefer just found (and caught) one or those polyp eating furry crags in his DT! It was real small, like a centimeter!
