    How long have you had it? It looks like you used epoxy to mount it, and it could have suffered a nasty burn from the epoxy?

    Yeah, that makes sense. It dosn't look good from the picture, but dosn't really look like light damage to me. I enhanced the image and really boosted the saturation to see the tissue. It looks more like necrosis than light shock, but it's pretty small, so tough to see well.

    I tried lowering it a few inches down the tank.. hopefully that helps. Ill post if i get any results, or for more options. Thanks
