    how big of an aquarium are we talkin? rays need large aquariums and moorish idols are extremely hard to keep alive in captivity. there are bannerfish that look alot like moorish idols and are far easier to care for.

    Blue Spotted Ray require a minimum Tank size of 300G all sand bottom with little to no rock. they would need a specific species tank and not a reef.

    what size tank? the blue tang would work depending on the size of the tank.

    depending on tank size you could have any tang. is this going in you 46 gallon? if so then i doubt you should have two tangs in there. one might be too many.
