I got him early April 2010. So far he is going on 7 months old with me.

Started out in my corner tank. Because of being picked on in my Reef. And now resides in a 90G.

Eating Brine, Mysis, Angelfish Formula, Flakes, Pellets, Nori, Cyclops, Frozen Clam, ... erm Basically anything I give the fish.

Anyways with him being with me so Long I wanted to start to log things.

I am impressed. They are supposed to be one of the hardest fish to keep alive in home tanks. Gorgeous fish.

It has gotten alot bigger since my purchase. Id say hes around 5" now vs 3.5 ish...

His streamer goes from long to short... keeps playing around the power heads to much.

I wanna figure out what this fish needs to survive. A lot of stories go good for months then the fish just dies due to diet or stress.

I still think Moorish Idols thrive better under worse conditions for some reason. Dirtier tanks.

Whenever the Tank is a mess and Im lazy, the fish looks fat and prime, and when the tanks a bit more dirty and nutrient filled the fish is crystal clear fins and body and amazing color.
