Moral question for ya.

If you dont see it and youve done what you can to prevent the likeliness of there being one i think your in the clear. I mean you got the aiptastia from you LFS as a hitchhiker (I know i did)!! Most LR come with a few on there and some other pests that go unseen until you bring it home. as long as you dont see any after inspecting it i think your fine.

 

yes my macro is growing very well so it doubles in sizes every 3weeks or so. I am looking to cut it back and turn some in for store credit.

I thank everyone for your input. I see at least 2 aiptastia in my fuge. so I think I will send a shrimp after them. and once all seems clear, split it and turn it in.

 

I just blasted one that was on a zoas rock last night with kalk paste via syringe.. only bad thing is the extra paste floated downstream by my hammer coral. it was pissed and shivled up all last night and today.. now its finally opening up a little..

 

anyone ever use lemon juice in a real syringe? ...diabetic syringe works good. about 5 units (vey small amount) seems to just do them in. I also let them get some size...maybe the size of a quarter...then bam ! ..inject right in the stalk.. works for me...
I used to get them all the time...I have had two in 14 months. no biggie. JMO
