more ai nano help

Hey everyone,
I just took the plunge and bought an ai nano from another user. I haven't mounted it yet but I was playing with it last night and it seems awesome! From what I read it seems like it is REALLY easy to accidentally fry your coral if you start it off too strong. Any recommendations? I have a 20 high with all lps and soft corals. I plan on mounting it 10 inches above the tank. Even if you can't give exact %'s a starting point would be great.

also, I noticed this morning that there seem to be 2 different models- the white and the blue. I can't seem to figure out how to tell the difference between the two, so I have no idea which one I have. Thanks!
