More Kudos for ReefCleaners

I like to give credit when credit is due. I recently ordered a few plants (Codium) from ReefCleaners. However, due to the miss-handling by my mail carrier (long story), the plants did not make it into my tank. I e-mailed John and let him know what happened. John immediately responded to my e-mail and said he would re-ship my order. I must reiterate here that ReefCleaners was not at fault in this situation what so ever, but still, without another word, John re-shipped my order AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE TO ME. John would not even allow me to pay for the shipping. Thank you John. What a breath of fresh air doing business with John at ReefCleaners. I would also like to say that I ordered a couple of barnacle clusters from John and they look great in my tank. Nice shape and size. ReefCleaners, what a great place to shop.

 

John is definately a very awesome dude! Same thing happened to me last winter when a package got delayed by USPS and everything died. I told John he wasn't responsible and didn't expect him to replace anything. A couple days later I get a package with replacements for everything + a ton of snails I didn't order. ;D

 

John must get tired of hearing this all the time!!!

ive had the same deal. my order arrived without dwarf ceriths and i let him know. 2 days later i got them... but about 3x as many as i ordered! so kind
