Alright everyone my poll/thread asking about everyone's most expensive fish was such a success that it's time to start one about corals! So what is the most money you have spent on a coral in your tank, and how is that coral today?? Was it worth it??

Once again I'll start... the most I've spent on a coral was around $40 for an Acan... a beautiful red one with 25+ heads! I pretty much stole it but the wholesaler I bought it from sold me a tang with oonidium that wiped out all the fish in my tank so I guess I payed for the cheap Acan in the long run::)! The Acan is doing great and thriving, I don't have any good pics but here is a quickie...

So what's your story?? If you vote, please post a reply explaining your vote!! Also, PICS PLEASE!!!

I bought a true superman frag for $90. I will get a picture later today. So far it's doing well. It's still coloring up, I got it about 3-4 weeks ago. Under daylight, it's a purple with red polyps, but under the actinic bulbs it's a deep blue with bright red polyps.

I purchased a large finger leather for $60. That is my personal record. Here soon, I will be looking for superman zoas. I just can't get those out of my brain. So I will exceed that here within the month I suppose.
