Oh yeah, a Bourbonius is definately on my shopping list too. My LFS just got a Crosshatch Trigger in and they keep trying to convince me that it would look good in my tank.

yea that crosshatch has some nice coloring on it.

I think the borbonious has a crazy cool personality to top off the awesome look they have.

The most I ever paid was $59 for both my Blue Hippo and Whitecheek Tangs. My Flame Angel was $79 which I thought was too much but it was a bday present so I had no say so. (Lucky me!) Also my Scarlet Hawk was $59 but I got him during a LFS 50% off saltwater fish sale so $30. All fish are alive and well my tank is about 10 months old know so I'm knocking on wood as soon as...

Most i paid was $50 for a diamond goby. Jumped out the next week. lol. I dont think I would spend more than $50 on a fish cause I'm not THAT confident in my fishkeeping skills just yet. I'd be too afraid it would die. I don't mind spending that much on a coral though. Now when I move and upgrade to a 200 gallon or so it might be a different story. I've only been in the saltwater business for about 7 months.

I have been pretty picky on what i buy. Usually I get my fish for a lot less than what they are worth. Gotta love tank tear down sales:)

For me it was a twin-spot goby, it went for 48 dollars and died three months later.

Just over $200 for my Goldheart. He was the last fish for that system, and he's awesome.

I bought a male flame angel...retails for 250.00...of course I did not pay that as I got my discount. But it died in a couple days! Hurt just like I spent 250.00 for it.

I have a large golden puffer, which retails for 500 at liveaquaria. Again, didnt pay that much, but she is cool fish

We got a crosshatch in the store....MEANEST FISH I had ever ran into as of yet. I was trying to catch something else in that tank when it darted across the tank and jumped at me! I pulled my hand out of the tank when I saw it coming and it literally jumped out of the water to try to get me. Everytime I stuck my hand back in there it came after it. Somebody bought it a couple days later and I had to help catch it. It was the nicest fish then!
