I paid 35 for naso, 25 for blue hippo, and 30 for maroon clown. Most expensive though was the scarlett hawk for 55. AMAZING FISH to watch next to my naso. the fish is just so funny and it has like googlie eyes and it checks every crack for a lil snack. SO FUN

So I take my last part back, I just found the thread about those clowns and they are pretty ugly. There's no way I would ever spend that much on those two fish.

Since apparently I'm not old enough to vote on this, can someone put me down for one under the $150-$200 range? (I paid $160)

Mine is a RED painted frogfish. Had to get him from DD. No one else around the Bay Area carried that color, and I'd been seaching for several months by then. Found him online and whipped out the ol' plastique. I find red to be one of the "rarer" colors in the trade, as I've passed on many drab colored specimens out there.

Here's the guy at DD. Don't let the picture fool you, he's only 1.5 inches...

He's the only guy in my 10 gal reef. He hasn't been with me long, but been very responsive, and feeding from the hand. So tying up with sentimental value and semi-instant gratitude, I really would've paid more for this guy.
