most expensive thing in your tank

i dont have much stuff yet but i have a golden highfin blenny thats 80$

 

My $900 Bubble King skimmer lol.

 

my purple tang was 150. next would be a quad colored lobo, it was 125

 

My lights.. for corals Im cheap I bargain shop for $10-$30 frags.. they'll grow up one day! lol :

 

Right now probably the live rock.

 

Hmmmm.. I don't even have my new system running yet. But, as OneFishTwo Fish said "Your Reef Network Operations Center" referring to the room that I built in my walkout basement that will house all of my reef operations, except my 90gal display tank.. I haven't totaled my receipts yet, but I do know I'm over $3000.00 just in building the room, not including my labor or my equipment.

 

so far the most expensive thing has been lack of research in my impulse purchases when i first got started. second to that is the light fixture i need to build to replace the blown T5HO unit i have. looking at having to spend $500-800 on a decent light setup

 

My most expensive livestock item is probably my ORA Red Planet frag I bought for about $70. My most expensive item is my Vortech MP40.
