So, after much patience (more like the lack thereof), I finally picked up my 25 gallon cube. Its rimless and Im trying to decide how far below the lip to install the overflow (I have the GH Nano con Dientes). I know the instructions say that the water will flow roughly 1/2" up the teeth, but I was wondering how far below the lip others have mounted their kits?

I would mount it so the bottom of the teeth are 2 inches below the top of your aquarium. This will give you 1.5 inches of clearance with the return pump running, which should leave enough dry glass to accommodate the displacement your arms will create whilst performing maintenance without the water overflowing or sloshing over the side.
