I inherited a 22 gallon nano tank. It's a cad lights. I getting a 24" 4 bulb Aquatic life fixture. I'm assuming it comes with legs. Would this be safe to have the legs resting on the edges of the rimless tank? Does anyone have any experiences?

It will come with legs and it should be safe as the fixture doesnt weight much and the legs are adjustable. I should have your tracking number in like 20min. :)

I was considering installing some L shaped bars to the back of the stand to hang the lights from, but honestly don't want to mess with that.
    This will be so sweet.

i was just given a rimless 40 gallon and im just gonna hang my lights from the ceiling using some tiny wire...

i think rimless tanks look better if nothing is sitting on them... just looks cleaner when the lights are just hanging above it...

If my house ever sells and I move like I plan on, I'll be hanging lights above all my tanks as I agree that it does look nicer. I'd rather not do that when I'm trying to sell.

I aggree, my semi "rimless" tank is going to have the lights hung, the only thing that will be on it is a clear mesh screen (my tank has euro bracing to set it on and a black glass band top and bottom).

I don't want anything to detract from that, including the return lines which will be put through the back wall and the CTC overflow.
