The lights finally arrived !! WOOT !!!

The Nova Extreme Pro 5X64 T5 HO ...and I bought the dual pack R2 moon lights ..

Here's my question ....How to mount the moon lights....Best location is actually on the outside of the Nova's ( no heat ) ........but can they be mounted on the interior and under the clear shield for better spread?? on the outside they are directly downward with the beam to the rear of the tank where as on the interior they can be more directed to center of the tank?? Woould mounting in the interior of the Nova Lights be to hot for the LED housing ?? wires ??

    THanks

Sorry lret me clarify. I am not familiar With the Nova extreme or your moon lights. However I am familiar with wiring methods. Your moonlights are led? yes? they come with a couple pieces of wire off each led? yes? they run to or are suppost to run to a transformer? yes? There is probaly a fan in your canopy. You will not use moonlighters when ho are on so no additional heat will be generated. So you could mount your leds in canopy( drill holes) if there is room. Way cleaner then having all that exposed. Look at wire on moonlighters and see that it says 90 deg cel. it should
