I have a Anemone in my 55 . I'm getting ready to move everything into a 90 gallon . My question is how do you get them to let go of the bottom glass with out hurting them ? I kinda poked him the other day and tried to push him a bit but he wouldn't buge .

It will have to happen fairly slow as you do not want to injure its column or foot or death will often result.
Gradually pry the foot away from the glass using your hands or a credit card/hotel key. Get the anemone to close up fully as well before doing this to enable you to seee better and have more room to do this!
    Good luck!

Rub the bottom of its foot with an ice cube.

poke em and poke em some more. That is what the people at my lfs do. All the anemones have survived that I have gotten from them too.

just gently glide your finger under his foot, he'll let go...if he knew what was good for him.

Be careful with the ice cube, use it slowly. You don't want to freeze the foot, or kill off the algae in the tissue. I use a very low flow from the PH to get him to loosen, then gently slide my finger under its foot to get him off. Be very gentle, but once his comfort is disturbed, he will loosen and will be easier to move without big risk of injury.
