I would like to sell/trade my Sebae that has became very large. He has been in the same spot for a long time and looking from the bottom of the tank he is stuck on there very good. Whats the best way to remove him when the time comes?

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    You can try

1: Increasing the flow to that area, sometimes they get up and move.
2: Move the sand away from the foot, try an ice cube and gently, slowly peel back the foot. You can use a very thin plastic card to assist you. Personally the card trick has always worked for me but you have to go slow and be very gentle.

Idk if this applies to sebae's too, however for bta's you can literally slip your fingernail under the foot and peel it off. Credit card method can work, however IMO it's usually too thick.

Extra flow can get it to move, but it wont just detach itself from the rock. Though once they start moving, they're exceptionally easy to remove.
