Moving a tank

i need to put my 24 gallon aquapod to another part of the house because its in the place of where i want to put my nano anybody know on how i would go about this processess?steps? would i go through a mini cycle?

 

Assuming you want to leave everything in that tank, as long as you keep the sand and rock wet and get the job done in a timely manner, you won't have any problems with a cycle.

Find a container large enough (or enough containers) to hold most of the water. start draining the water and either move the rocks down to the sand or place into the same container(s) with the water. If you put the rocks in the container, use a separate container for your livestock. Leave the sand and enough water in the tank to keep the sand/rocks covered. Move the tank, and put everything back in that was removed.

 

if i have corals do i put them in seperate buckets?

 

I'd put them in a separate bucket from the rock, but they should be fine together. While being disturbed, they won't be in the mood to open and sting each other if that's what you mean.
