moving clam

    so guys my nem is getting a lil too close to my clam how do i get my clam to release its foot?

    im pretty sure u can cut it as far from the calm as possible with a very sharp razor but im not 100% on that so wait for someone to chime in on that

    i dont know if that would work or not but the foot is pretty much invisible because it is so short of you were to cut it, it would be so small that you wouldnt even have an option as to where

    this is what you dont do...use a razor blade if you want to move it.

    so if i wanna move my clam i have to cut it with a razor .... if this is correct please verify and its pretty late i dont have any razors so to move this clam i have to cut at the bottom of it at its foot with a razor im just making sure

    yep just try to get as far from the clam as possible .... mabe for the overnight stick a peice of plastic or something between them to keep it form being stung

    i have actually done this with a few clams and they are doing fine, i know it doesnt sound pretty but slight pulling will make them release

    is the clam on the sand or in the rock work? if its on the sand its foot is attached to the glass using a razor isnt really cutting it more like scraping it off. if it in the rock you may be better off moving the anm. DONT pull it off whatever you do.

    i think worst come to worst ill move the rock i dont wanna cut my clamy :(
