So i want some more light towards the bottom of my tank so that I can keep intense light SPS and a few more clams. Thanks to one of the members on here and a great price I will be getting a new fixture next week that has 2 250w MH and 4 54w T5 in the fixture. So my question is bulbs it will comes with Phenoix 10k MH is that a good MH bulb like blue in color and good par rating for SPS? 8)

10K is going to be a bit yellow. Phoenix 14K's are great!

Someone (sponsor I think) just sent me an E-Mail that had Phoenix 14K 250W HQI's on sale. I'll look for it.

Haha. Its not too deep but i like having lots of light! And, you dont have to worry about not having too much light! I have tried some SPS in the past and plan to do some more in the future but they take so much work they are hard to keep up with. How about you? You gonna try some sps soon?

The member i am buying it from said it will be shipped on monday and its a current outer orbit 48" 250w with 4 T5's so it should be here on Friday i think. I also forgot i have a Pocillopra coral in my tank for about a year and a half now that has done really well that was my first SPS.
