If you tank is just cycling it would be easier to just start over but you can also save most of your water in rubbermaid tubs and be okay I think i saved a total of 20gallons out of my 75gal tank to put everything in fish, live rock, inverts and coral included since i was just moving across town. Left the sand in the bottom and it barley covered with water and the water was green and murky when the movers got it to my new place. IMO always replace your sand if the tank has had anything livestock in it cause of the fish poop.

But if you havent had any fish in there just drain it into the tubs and haul it to the new place set it up and you should be good to go after a day or so.

I agree to save as much water as possible & to prevent shock.. I have moved my 29gal 3 times, a 55gal once & my buddy's 54gal once.. All with Home Depot buckets that seal.

This is what I have done. Bare LR I put in buckets as much as could fit, then filled with water & covered. Fish & inverts I placed into one bucket, of course this depends on how much you have, but don't fill to the top. Fill only up to 3/4 of the bucket, that way water can mix with air when sloshing around. Do the same thing with LR that has coral. The rest of the buckets just fill with water. LS I only add a little water to those buckets, since whatever is stirred up in that water I do not want back into the tank.. Using this method I saved 95% of the water.. You can worry about water changes after the tank has settled for a week. I have NEVER lost any live stock.
