MP10 Setup

    Kinda Curious what most people put their Mp10 settings at? I have been using tidal swell mode,

    I don't use a wavemaker, but here's a bump for your question. Hopefully somebody who has the MP10 will provide some input.

    FWIW, I don't believe we will ever fully replicate the ocean's currents. However, our pets can be adaptable and somewhat forgiving as long as we provide something they can live with.

    I have two on my 60 gallon running on pulse mode with the slave being anti sync. about 80% power at a second and a half interval.

    Right now, My MP10 is in a 16 gal. so it stays consistently at 3. When it was in my biocube 29, I alternated between tidal-swell and nutrient export modes. I kept it turned up about half way. The type of sand you have will also impact how much flow your tank can handle. I hope this helps!

    I have one on my 32G, set on reef crest random at 80%. I had it on about 60-70% for a while but then cranked it up to help deal with a cyano battle.

    On a 40 gallon reef tank 100% power on reef crest/wave mode I change it back-and-forth every few days
