Well Mr. B work had me pretty busy there for a while and of course my tank suffered. I had my first day off today so I spent that time working on it. My Cyano is finally gone and am just dealing with a little Bubble algae. I also believe my tank was the victim of a bad batch of salt. I yanked my BP's today because of the decline and death of many LPS. I can't actually pin the blame all on them because of other factors but I feel I should stick with what has always worked best for me. Namely GFO/Carbon and routine WC's. I will update my thread soon and hopefully with the added attention I plan on giving it I will be back to enjoying my tank rather then worrying about it.( A NEW EXPERIENCE FOR ME LOL) Thanks for asking.;)
I also switched my salt from Redsea Coral Pro back to my trusted Coralife.

Why y'all hating on mechanical filtration? I love my filter pads.

Crawl back under your bridge, troll. <j/k> lol

It all comes down to what works best for you and your tank. Some still use their canisters or wet/dry trickle filters. I still prefer my UGF. They all work fine if properly maintained. In my tank, the HOB works better without the pads trapping every little speck of uneaten food. No hate, just choice. :)
