    No response to emails yet.

    I called on Friday..got put on hold for over 15 minutes so I hung up.
    I called back yesterday and was told I'd have to wait until Sonny came back from lunch. I called back 3 hours later and was told that their guarantee only covers DOA. I said my claim was not only the RTN but also the WYIWYG issue and was told I'd have to wait until Sonny (the owner) came back from vacation.

    My oldest daughter used her debit card so when the bank opens tomorrow she is calling to see if she has some kind of purchase protection.

    Ugh, so the owner goes from out to lunch to on vacation after you were put on ignore the previous day. Very crappy customer service.

    Wow that really sucks. Hopefully the bank can help your daughter out. This is where business make it or break it (customer service that is). If they give on person poor customer service, then they will tell lets say 10 people, then those 10 people each tell 10 people, and you see where I'm going with this.

    I thought about ordering from them... I guess I won't be now... Screw that crap... Sorry that u have to deal with that let us know how it works out

    Man, looks like i won't be ordering from them! I always go to live aquaria for my corals. Sorry to hear that, but i wouldn't give up anytime soon till the customer gets what he wants! :)

    All that any customer expects is to get what was paid for.So many of these companies are eager to take your money,but the tables seems to take a turn when they have to refund/replace an item.Luckily in this day and age,businesses don't last to long when they fail in customer service.Sorry to hear this RM and hopefully all will be made right.

    At the same time, the frags were really small and they weren't WYSIWYG.

    I would sooner take a chance ordering from Aquatic Connection then give any money to LA, Kevin Cohen or DFS. But that's only because of personal issues. There's tons of reputable vendors that sale the same type of quality as LA for less $.
    But yeah do not order from mrcoral

    I've ordered from them before, but not since 2009. Alot has really changed since then. I should have read updated reviews because apparently mrcoral is nothing more than a chop shop these days.

    I know. The same guy (Byran) had told me 3 hrs. before that Sonny was at lunch. I thought Really? Knew I was in trouble then.

    If I had read current reviews I would have avoided the company altogether and sent a wish list from EliteCorals or LAReefs

    Yeah.

    They've always been small, what can you expect for 10 bucks BUT these are REALLY small. I could glue the purple haze to a dime and still get ahold of the edge of the dime.
