aquacon actually has fairly good specimens for their prices, you really get what you pay for but their livestock is probably comparable to LA, its nothing special but saves you alot of money.

Thats crap..but your still the luckiest man in the world.I was pumped for you recieving frags from your family for christmas. That is TOTALLY unacceptable..a 1/4 inch really ? If they were fresh cuts, being that small..the glue probably killed them.We have a fellow that sells tons of sps, LPS and softies for 10 bucks a frag or inch, here in canada. You don't always get what you pick for sps,but some are 2 inches tall! And they ship 1/2 way across canada overnite by courier.I picked 3 sps last time..all alive, and even 2 freebies.Get your money back and shop somewhere else.

I am in the same boat as you, as I made a order from mrcoral and the sps were so small I lost 4 already, they were not wysiwyg as you stated, they were not healed before shipment, it looked as if he just cut/glued/shipped,and small is not even the word for what theese were. It would have been fine if they were actually wysiwyg, but they were so much smaller than the pics I could barely tell what ones they are that died, and what 1's are alive. Although I didnt go through the hassle of calling them I'll just chalk it up as a learned lesson, not order from them again, and hope a few survive atleast.

That is one company I can say I've never read a good review of so I've never ordered from them. I look at their site now and then but that's as far as it gets.

If my daughter can't get her bank to do something I will probably just chalk it up as a loss and learning experience.
My kids feel horrible and they didn't do anything wrong. They offered to buy some coral from somewhere else but I told them no. They insisted so I told them to buy something I've wanted for quite awhile instead.

I've also use my debit card to purchased my corals from Mr. Coral and unfortunately my bank which is well's fargo didn't take care of me because of Mr. Corals terms and condition. I learned my lesson and won't be ordering with Mr. Coral anymore.

I just want to add these words and these pics so that if anyone stumbles across it while searching for mr.coral.com reviews.

Today I called from my cell and asked for Sonny and to my suprise guess who was on the other end. The conversation lasted about 1 minute before he hung up on me.
There is nothing my daughters bank can do for her. If she had used her CC instead of debit Visa would have covered the bad transaction. So I'm out for sure.
So if you ever think you might want to order from mrcoral, take a look at the WYSIWYG pic from their site and then take a look at the junk I received.

Oh man really sucks. Ever since I got screwed by mr coral I never use my debit card anymore to purchased corals online. I always use AMEX now they are always on your side, just my 2 cents.
