MRC Wheel Pins Go Square

The pins on the wheel of the new My Reef Creations Reeflo Orca Pro skimmer pumps are square rather than round. Just this fact along is said to produce froth and bubbles like shaving cream. Who couldn't use a good shave now and then? Just watch your face.

ingenius - i wonder why no one has thought of this before?!

 

Lots of ingenius things going on at My Reef Creations. I was very impressed when seeing their products up close. By the way, the pump shown here is their Reeflo Dart Gold Orca pump and is used on their Reeflo Orca Pro I, II, and III skimmers. You can see them here:

I wonder if that impeller is avaliable as an upgrade for the original Orca skimmers. I would be intrested in upgrading our pump with it.
