Hey, I have a double shelf area in my tank, and the top shelf is full of amazing coloured green star polyps. The shelf below it is twice as large and i want to fill it with another type of star polyp that isnt green. Does anyone know of any star polyps that aren't green but are still colourful. I have yellow sand polyps but i wanna do something different.

Yeah. There are a lot of different types of star polyps, but they are pretty much all going to be green or brown in some sort.
I say go for some zoa's. They are just as easy, and you would never run out of colors

there are atleast two different species of corals marketed as green star polyps, which i believe accounts for variation of polyp lengths between some individuals

The clove polyps are nice, someone here not too long ago posted a picture of what they thought were blue star polyps, but they were in fact clove polyps. It was a really nice blue.

I got a tiny little frag of literally 6 or 7 blue/ purple clove polyps and in a bout 2 months they have exploded into a dense mat. They are living quite happily next to my zoas.
