no if it was another tang maybe.
but Ive heard as a clown tang grows it gets very aggressive, i wouldnt risk a hundred dollar fish with it

naso's usually look different enough that they dont have problems with other tangs.

but im warning you i really dont suggest another tang with that clown tang, things could go bad.

I think I have accepted that I will have to give up the clown tang.
I really am attached to him. I am for sure getting a small purple tang. What about a cheveron tang or achelis?
    Nasos are kind of cool.

i would add the chevron tang first if you get it.

i wouldnt recommend the achelis as it needs alot of swimming room to be happy(i.e. not die).

heres some tangs to look through http://liveaquaria.com/product/aquarium-fish-supplies.cfm?c=15 43

I added a Chevron about 1.5 years after a Blue Hippo was already in the tank. They are both doing fine. No problems at all...The fact that they look so different is a plus when it comes to compatibility....

I have a Yellow tang, thompson tang, Naso tang together with no issues. I take care of a tank that has a Brown Powder, Blue and a Yellow and they are fine as well.
