    Anyone know what kind of, I am assuming it is a mushroom, this is? It is almost transparent. My other mushrooms are all fully colored. This guy showed up this morning and is about 1 1/2" across.

    Discosomas!
    They are very hardy and come in a nice array of colors and designs/patterns. It will color up nicely with increased lighting!

    Thanks. This is a great source of information for fairly new SW hobbyist like me. Had mine up for about a year.

    Everyone thinks i am crazy, including me sometimes, when i go on about it but what do they know.

    It's just money, right?

    It is still translucent. Kind of hope it stays that way, looks cool.
