    Do mushrooms normally move for better light / flow?
    One of my mushrooms has changed rocks. It has move maybe an inch or two.

    I've had a couple jump off of a rock.. Mostly like you said looking for less/more light or less/more flow..

    yeah they will move as shrooms aren't really corals but they are more related to anemones. They don't move very often but they do have the ability to jump ship and find a better environment.
